Soak 2 cups of almonds in just enough water to cover the almonds for 8 hours.
In a blender, add 2 quarts of purified water plus the almonds, and blend until smooth.
Strain in to a 1-2 quart glass container and put in the fridge.
Should last 3-5 days.
Add the almond milk to your smoothies or soups. It will add an amazing flavor and is also different in comparison to store bought almond milk in soups. The almond pulp can be saved in a glass container in the freezer for other recipes.
